• Chat assistant. When you use the chat assistant on this site, we process the messages you type so the assistant can reply and, if you ask us to follow up, so we can reach you. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information into the chat.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to you, answer your questions, prepare quotes, and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and respond to you. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the website.
• Formspree delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
• Anthropic powers the AI chat assistant. The messages you send to the assistant are transmitted to Anthropic to generate a reply.

A note on AI and reliability

AI and automation is a young, fast-moving field, and these tools run on top of other systems such as phones, messaging, calendars, and AI providers. The chat assistant can make mistakes. For anything important, please confirm with us directly by phone, text, or email rather than relying on the assistant alone.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a small preference in your browser to remember light or dark mode. That preference stays on your device.

Your choices
